Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai rahimahullah ke nazdeek “jamaat” aur “tanzeem” banana manhaj salaf ke khilaaf aur ahl-e-bid’at ke mushabah hai. Aap likhte hain:
“Ahl-e-Hadith ki jitni jamaatein aur tanzeemein mojood hain, un ki haithiyat tableeghi, ijtihaadi aur ishtihari hai. In mein dukhool kufar aur Islam ka masla nahi hai. In jamaaton ki rukniyat aur bai’at tasawwuf mein koi khaas farq nahi hai. Sab se behtar aur afzal yahi hai ke in tamaam jamaaton aur hizbiyat (party baazi) se alag reh kar kitaab-o-sunnat ki dawat aam ki jaye aur maslak ahl-e-hadith ki ghair jaanib daar bharpoor khidmat ki jaye. Salaf saleheen se aisi kaghazi jamaaton aur ahzaab (partiyon) mein shamil hona saabit nahi hai.” [Mahnaama Al-Hadith, Shumara Number 19, Haashiya Safha Number 43]
Hafiz Zubair Ali Zai rahimahullah jamaat aur tanzeem banane ki hurmat par daleel dete hue likhte hain:
“Muslimon ka mukhtalif jamaaton mein taqseem ho jana tafraqa ki ek soorat hai aur tafraqa ki yeh shakal-o-soorat ghair shara’ee hai. Allah Ta’ala ka farman hai: ‘Wa’tasimu bi-hablillahi jamee’an wala tafarraqu’ – Tum sab mil kar Allah ki rassi ko mazbooti se thaam lo aur tafraqa mein na paro. (Surah Aal-e-Imran: 103) Yani tamaam mojooda siyasi aur mazhabi jamaaton se alag ho jao, kisi ek ki bhi rukniyat waghera ikhtiyar na karo.” [Mahnaama Al-Hadith, Shumara Number 22, Safha 48]
Hafiz Zubair Ali Zai rahimahullah jamaat aur tanzeem se paida hone wale sab se bade nuqsan ka zikr karte hue farmate hain:
“In jamaaton ka sab se bada nuqsan yeh hai ke yeh ta’assub aur nafrat ko hawa deti hain.” [Mahnaama Al-Hadith, Shumara Number 22, Safha 48]
Hafiz Zubair Ali Zai rahimahullah ke nazdeek jamaat aur tanzeem se alag hona zaroori hai. Aap farmate hain:
“Mojooda daur mein jitne kaghazi giroh aur tanzeemein hain, un sab se alag hona zaroori hai.” [Muwatta Imam Malik, Safha 465]
Ek saail ne Hafiz sahib se sawal kiya:
“Jamaat Ahl-e-Hadith ke andar mukhtalif giroh hain. Aap ke khayal mein in mein se kaun sa giroh behtar hai? Taake us mein shamil hua jaye ya na hua jaye? Is sawal ke jawab mein Hafiz Zubair Ali Zai rahimahullah raqam taraz hain: “Tamaam girohon se alag reh kar maslak ahl-e-hadith par amal pira ho kar is ki dawat duniya mein phailayein.” [Fatawa Ilmiyya al-ma’roof Taudeeh al-Ahkam, Jild 2, Safha 48]
Ba’az log jamaat aur tanzeem ke jawaz ke liye yeh uzr pesh karte hain ke yeh mojooda waqt ki zarurat hai. Is par Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai rahimahullah farmate hain:
“Mere khayal mein in amarton ki koi zarurat nahi hai, balke ulama-e-kiram in amarton ke baghair bhi dawat-o-tableegh ka fariza ada kar sakte hain.” [Mahnaama Al-Hadith, Shumara Number 22, Safha 48]
Ba’az log safar mein amarat wali riwayat par apni kaghazi tanzeemon ko qiyas karte hain. In par radd karte hue Sheikh farmate hain:
“Safar mein amarat ke jawaz par qiyas kar ke kaghazi tanzeemein banana, aur apni apni tanzeem ya party ka ameer ban kar beth jana, aur phir yeh dawa karna ke jis ne hamare imam ya ameer ki bai’at na ki to woh jahiliyat ki maut mar jaye ga, bohat bada dhoka aur fraud hai. Allah tabarak wa ta’ala tamaam Muslimon ko kaghazi aur naam nihaad tanzeemon, partiyon aur kaghazi ameeron se mahfooz rakhe jo khilafat aur amarat-e-kubra wali riwayaton aur dalaail ko apne aap par fit kar dete hain.” [Taudeeh al-Ahkam, Jild 1, Safha 652]
Hafiz Zubair Ali Zai rahimahullah ke shagird Hafiz Nadeem Zaheer hafzahullah likhte hain:
“Dalaail aur barahin ki wajah se apne khayalat aur afkar mein is qadar mazboot thay ke is mein adna lachak bhi gawara na thi. Yehi wajah hai ke kisi kaghazi jamaat ka hissa banne aur is se dunyawi jah-o-mansab hasil karne ke bajaye tanha apni zaat mein anjuman ka kirdar ada kiya aur hamesha deen-e-hanif ki khidmat mein lail-o-nahaar basar kiye.” [Mahnaama Ashaat-ul-Hadith, Shumara Number 112, Safha 13]
